For cross-border e-commerce sellers, this isn't optional. Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, and Amazon.es have all updated their seller policies to reference the EU AI Act. We verified in July 2026 that Amazon's listing review system now flags AI-generated videos lacking C2PA metadata.
